Hello everyone,

Currently Sarah and I are in NYC. We have just completed two days of Olympic Sailing Team meetings. During the past two days we covered topic from shipping to funding, including in depth information on the ticket situation for China.

Some great news…. Sarah and I will be able to walk in the opening ceremonies!  We had a chance to take a closer look at our schedule of racing at the Olympics and it turns out we have 2 days after the Opening Ceremonies on the 8^th of August before we start racing!

Last night we attended a fund raising Gala at the New York Yacht Club for the entire Olympic and Paralympic Teams. 20 of the 24 athletes attended and the event was sold out!  Thank you SO much to The NYYC and the US Olympic Sailing Committee and US Sailing!

Next we fly to LA for the US Ambassadors program. Then it is off to Australia.

Stage 2 of Olympic Campaign!!

Now that we have qualified for the Olympics, we will be heading to Australia for training on the 17th of November.  This will be a month long training camp where we will compete in two regattas-- the Go For Gold in Melbourne and the Sydney International Regatta in Sydney.
